- Vouchers available for e-bikes (Preferred: $1500, Standard: $750), cargo e-bikes (Preferred: $2000, Standard: $1000), Maintenance (Preferred: $250), Locks (Preferred: $150, Standard: $75), Disability Components (Preferred: $250, Standard: $125).
- Must purchase from an authorized retailer
- Must be a DC resident and over 18 years old
