- $450 e-bike tax credit available to everybody
- Credit is applied at point of sale
- Sales tax is calculated on total purchase price
- 1 E-Bike tax credit per resident per year
- Must be a resident of Colorado and prove with valid IDÂ or document
- Must buy the e-bike from a participating retailer.
- E-bike can be Class 1, 2, or 3. Has to have two or three wheels and pedals. Motor must be 750 watts or less. Must be new.
- Cannot combine local e-bike rebates with state level e-bike rebates.
